N'Daw, invited, with other African heads of state, to yet another summit intended for the improbable development of Africa.
Observe closely the attitude of ECOWAS and France, in this new coup d'état in Mali (let's call a spade a spade) of Colonel Assimi Goïta, who has just produced a press release, to declare, without saying it clearly, that in his capacity as vice-president of the Transition, he henceforth assumed the “prerogatives” of the decreed President and Prime Minister.
By the way, I am not saying that these latter are saints in the matter, they were naive to believe that they were as free as that and should have been less closed vis-à-vis the civil society which had been active.
against IBK, whose mandate was not defensible, however.
If, apart from the hypocritical condemnation in principle, they do not take any action in the direction of a return to a civil transition, it is because this second military coup d'etat, like the first, was dubbed by them..
