It is under these conditions that the Attorney General of Conakry instructed the Public Prosecutor at the Court of First Instance of Dixinn to initiate legal proceedings without delay against the former Guinean leader Alpha CONDE as well as against former officials of his diet.

For the manifestation of the truth in this file, the defense of the victims of repressions took care to transmit all the evidence to the general prosecutor's office, on April 14, 2022.

At their request, the General Prosecutor at the Court of Appeal of Conakry launched this Wednesday, May 04, legal proceedings against former President Alpha Condé and several of his ministers and senior executives..
