On Saturday June 19, ECOWAS welcomed the spirit of solidarity and openness which led, during its Summit, to the signing of the Military and Technical Cooperation Agreement between Senegal and Guinea, thus posing bases for the imminent reopening of their borders, and encourages Guinea and Guinea Bissau to work together to achieve the reopening of their border.
