Abdullahi, Spokesman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), accused the federal government of conspiracy against Nigerians during a plenary session of the Northern Political Consultative Group (NPCG) in Abuja. He claimed that serving governors are being intimidated from joining the ADC, which remains open to everyone. Abdullahi stated that the party welcomes everyone and has the backing of most Nigerians dissatisfied with the country's direction.
