For the 2026 Hajj, NAHCON has issued strict new directives covering flight management, pilgrim grouping, medical fitness, and data submission. Airlines must issue tickets early with digitally linked Nusuk Cards. Pilgrims will travel, lodge, and return in fixed groups of 45, facing penalties for missing flights or deviating from their group. Vital travel data must be uploaded to the Nusuk Masar platform 72 hours pre-departure. Accommodation mismatches risk slot forfeiture, urging states to promptly pay Hajj fares. Stringent Saudi health protocols will be enforced, barring pilgrims with serious illnesses; deportations will be at the pilgrim's expense. Certified hospitals are mandated for medical checks. NAHCON, Air Peace, Fly Nas, Max Air and Umza Air are approved carriers.
