Public service of communities in Guinea: Minister Mory Condé defends the project before the Honorable Advisors

As part of the reforms and modernization of public administration, a vision dear to the Head of State, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralization, during committee work, presented this Friday 02 December 2022 before the members of the National Council of the Transition, the Bill on the Status of Civil Servants of Local Authorities in the Republic of Guinea.

In his speech, Minister Mory Condé maintained that by adopting this law, the State will have its own file of civil servants within the civil service and, at the same time, stem the problems linked to the deployment of agents to communities that plague the public service in many remote localities.

Indeed, the abandonment of posts, the loss of funds in the payment of fictitious civil servants, the non-existence of qualified personnel for the exercise of the powers transferred to the communities are, among other things, issues that will henceforth be distant memories..
