For people to understand the relevance of the general population census, we still remember the last general population and housing census, at the time we all criticized this census and we identified all the necessary inconsistencies in this census.
It was enough simply to be in the grace of the president of the political party which has some voters, you can find yourself elected even if you have done the last 20 years outside the country and not knowing any reality of the different localities of Guinea , you can come to sit, have a salary and participate in the vote.
It's a big lie that we told ourselves for 64 years, it was never possible because we can't organize an election in Guinea in three months.
