Dr Umar Aliu Turay, President of the ECOWAS Commission, has been instructed by the Heads of State to propose to the President of the Conference of Heads of State (Umaro Sissoco Embalo, editor's note) the gradual lifting of the economic and financial sanctions imposed to the Guinean transitional authorities.
